A new life for Manchester’s historic Mayfield Station.

A cavernous industrial wonderland built from a series of interconnected spaces and a sprawling rooftop arena. Part of a £1 billion regeneration project, Depot Mayfield provides a platform for a diverse programme of arts, music, industry, culture and community events.

10,000 square metres of flexible industrial space, from vast performance spaces to more intimate archways, bars and hideaways.

A sought-after destination for music and culture, the space also hosts brand activations, conferences, product launches, sporting events, automotive events and can be activated as a film and production set.

The building’s industrial heritage has been retained as fully as possible, with original raw concrete floors, exposed brick and metalwork and huge iron struts supporting the underground vaults.
