Depot Mayfield
Depot
The main performance space, Depot, is a cavernous warehouse spanning almost 6,000 sq. metres of the raw industrial site. The open-plan layout of the main area is complemented by a host of arches at the edges of the space, which serve as more intimate break-out areas that can be activated for bars or pop-ups.
With a built-in stage and versatile layout, it is ideal for showcasing high-profile concerts, live and electronic music shows, art installations, theatre and cultural events.

Concourse
The venue’s second-biggest arena, Concourse, has a uniquely-pillared interior with exposed steel-frame ceilings, intimate brick railway arches and a bright yellow plastic curtain that can be used to divide the space.
The raised platform at the center anchors the space., providing a readymade, high-impact stage, VIP or viewing area. It benefits from a built-in DJ box, access to outside space and to the substantial dressing rooms.
With a capacity of 3,200 standing, Concourse is perfect for live performances, brand activations, immersive art and theatre,
conferences, exhibitions, film production and photoshoots.

Platform
7,000 square metres of open-air space set over derelict railway tracks and platforms provides one of the UK’s most unique rooftop spaces.
The original footprint of the depot has been retained and includes the original ticket office waiting room and a beautiful cast iron roof structure. With views over the city and the new Mayfield park, the space is large enough for additional structures such as marquees, staging, bars and pop-ups. It would make a memorable setting for film and photography, open-air cinema, brand experiences, live performance and theatre.

The space benefits from an in-situ stage and has excellent access, with dedicated entrances for both people and vehicles.
