Set over two levels, Leadenhall Street is a purpose-built space designed for entertaining and collaborative working.

A chrome spiral staircase connects an upper mezzanine level with a larger open-plan space below. The venue can accommodate up to 80 guests, with a fully equipped barista station, pantry, multiple seating areas and games tables.

The site was once part of the Holy Trinity Priory, Aldgate, which was dissolved in 1532. A surviving wall from the medieval church is the heart of the modern building, visible from both floors.

The historic character of the City of London's first Monastery sits carefully conserved within the bright and modern space. Mixing old with new, the building celebrates the changing history of the city.

Its exceptional facilities, flexible layout and central location make Leadenhall Street an ideal location for workshops, networking events, away days and brand events.

Nestled in the financial hub of the City of London, the space benefits from excellent public transport links and is a short walk from some of the city’s best bars and restaurants.

  • Guests enter The Mezzanine next to the beautifully restored sixteenth-century stone arch. The upper level is a bright, modern open-plan space, with large windows looking onto the historic streets of the City. A modern snack station and barista bar can be activated during daytime events or transformed into a bar area in the evening.

    With a mirrored rear wall and hardwood floors, the space is the perfect canvas for creative expression of all kinds, from performance art to product launches. There is capacity for 80 guests, with custom theatre-style seating for 60. The space would be perfect for large-scale presentations, panel discussions and celebrations.

  • Accessed via a spiral staircase, The Arc is flexible for all event types and configurations, including theatre style. lt is thoughtfully designed as an open-plan space with kitchenette, soft furnishings and a games area, which combined provide the ideal location for networking, group work and breakouts.
