The ultimate blank canvas, Dock X is a former industrial warehouse in the thriving community of London’s Canada Water.

It offers a versatile space for large set builds, inspired backdrops and immersive events for up to 1,500 people.

Bordering the lake at Canada Water, Dock X is the newest addition to one of London’s fastest-growing cultural centres.

The former retail bunker has been reimagined as the ultimate event space, as a place for local communities to gather and for the city’s creatives to realise their most ambitious ideas.

Dock X combines the flexibility of ‘black-box’ industrial architecture with the convenience and facilities of a modern venue.

The steel-framed building is completely open plan, with a ceiling height of over 6 metres and an abundance of natural light, allowing for a range of spatial environments and transformations.

An authentic London warehouse, the Main Space provides over 3,186 square metres of versatile venue space. It has a clean, industrial aesthetic, with a 6-metre high original wave-style ceiling and flexible rigging system that allows brands to flex their most creative ambitions.

The industrial character comes with all the comforts of a modern venue, including modern bathroom facilities, 3-phase power, heating and excellent access. With exclusive hire, the space would be perfect for large-scale ticketed events, indoor food and drink festivals, wellness events and set builds.
