The Storehouse
The Storehouse is a single, open-plan space uninterrupted by pillars, with ceilings that reach up to 15 metres at the central apex. An untouched, dry-hire location, it can be fully transformed for filming, photography, large-scale set builds, product launches, immersive experiences and consumer festivals. There are several access options, including four double-height sliding doors, for bringing vehicles directly into the space.

The Outside
The Storehouse sits on 21,000 sq. metres of characterful open space, which is ready to explore and from which the scale of the Storehouse can truly be appreciated. Encompassing areas of greenery, wild foliage, and hard standing areas with views of the River Thames, the City, and the historic Olympia Building situated next door, this remarkable space offers a unique blend of natural beauty and urban charm.
The outdoor space provides a multitude of backdrops for shoot locations as well as unit base opportunities, which can be hired separately from the Storehouse.

The Entrance
Vast, double-height, metal doors provide dedicated vehicle entrance and direct access into the Storehouse, for both automotive displays and large set builds. The building's exterior is free from external decoration, giving clients the option to brand it for maximum exposure and a striking entrance (subject to approval). The entrance is located at street level, providing easy access for pedestrians and those with accessibility needs.

Facilities
Drive in vehicle access
The space has direct level access, including multiple vehicle access points. Vehicle access is from 07:00–23:00.
Loading Bay
There is drive-in vehicle access and a generous loading bay outside the space.
Branding Opportunities
The unmodulated exterior can be fully branded (subject to approval). Inside, the expansive space is perfect for free-standing branding, as well as flown messaging and activations from the high ceilings. It is also possible to vinyl the interior walls and floors.
Production
We work with Vibration Production to meet bespoke technical requirements in the space, including light, sound, power and rigging. All our briefs are tailored, so you get only exactly what you need for a seamless and simple event.
WiFi
Internet access can be arranged with our preferred internet supplier Noba.
Security
We work with Five Star Security, who tailor their services to create a customized plan and guarantee the seamless execution of any event or production
