The space is made to be flexible, with a range of furniture options, a fully stocked bar, pizza oven and a beautiful breakaway area behind the bar with expansive views. The 16th Floor can be transformed to create a number of spatial environments and events, from receptions and seated dinners to conferences and product launches.

The huge, connected Terrace with 180-degree river views frame landmarks such as the Houses of Parliament, Battersea Power Station and the London Eye. The terrace comes with a range of furniture and is the perfect environment for summer parties, celebrations and away days.

On the 8th floor of the flagship building, The Auditorium is a custom-built luxury presentation space. With luxurious sofas providing a premium cinema experience and seating for up to 100 guests. The space has excellent audio-visual equipment is built-in, including setup for live streaming.

Outside The Auditorium is the perfect breakout space when needing a quick coffee break after your session. This rope and posted off area include a private terrace offering guests fresh air breaks in-between Auditorium sessions.

Hidden behind a bookcase in the building’s impressive library, The Speakeasy provides an exclusive and luxurious space for up to 20 people. With stunning views from a panoramic corner window, the space includes comfortable sofas, a pool table and a terrazzo marble meeting table. It's an ideal retreat for recording podcasts, a VIP lounge when hiring the 16th Floor, or hosting high-profile private events like board meetings and fundraising presentations.
