The Main Space

A bright, airy and functional warehouse, the open-plan Main Space offers almost 400 square metres of uninterrupted floorspace. The whitewashed walls and concrete floors are fully brand-able, perfect for building creative or immersive environments. Kitchen and bathroom facilities can be accessed directly from the space, along with a mezzanine area that can be activated as a breakout, VIP or production area. Redesigned with flexibility and ease-of-use in mind, it can be hired as long-term studio space as well as for one-off events such as conferences, brand activations, dinners and receptions.

At the end of the exhibition, there is a dedicated event space with the capacity for a reception of 600 guests or up to 350 for a seated dinner.

The Exhibition

Thin Air is an immersive experience that flows between the interconnecting spaces of The Beams.

The Terraces

Oval Studios enjoys the advantage of two interconnected terraces with views of Bethnal Green's decommissioned gasworks. The West Terrace stretches the length of the Main Space, providing an open-air area for receptions and breakout sessions. Meanwhile, the South Terrace offers a covered outdoor space with decking, ideal for year-round entertainment. It features built-in bar and barbecue facilities.

The Entrance

Designed to provide a fast and seamless arrival for up to 900 guests, the open-plan entrance has ample space for ticketing, registration and queuing. It is fully equipped with a built-in cloakroom and break-out washroom. This blank canvas space can be easily styled to elevate brand presence upon arrival to create a memorable first impression for guests.
