A bright, airy and functional warehouse, the open-plan Main Space offers almost 400 square metres of uninterrupted floorspace. The whitewashed walls and concrete floors are fully brandable, perfect for building creative or immersive environments. Kitchen and bathroom facilities can be accessed directly from the space, along with a mezzanine area that can be activated as a breakout, VIP or production area. Redesigned with flexibility and ease of use in mind, it can be hired as long-term studio space as well as for one-off events such as conferences, brand activations, dinners and receptions.

The Terraces

Oval Studios benefits from two interconnected terraces overlooking Bethnal Green’s decommissioned gasworks. The West Terrace runs the length of the Main Space for open-air receptions and breakout space, while the South Terrace provides a decked and covered outdoor space for all-weather entertaining with built-in bar and barbeque facilities.

The Entrance

Designed to provide a fast and seamless arrival for up to 900 guests, the open-plan entrance has ample space for ticketing, registration and queuing. It is fully equipped with a built-in cloakroom and break-out washroom. This blank canvas space can be easily styled to elevate brand presence upon arrival to create a memorable first impression for guests.
